The Kandinsky Effect (thekandinskyeffect.com) released Pax 6 in Fall 2017 on Ropeadope Records. The album reflected our evolving vision of dark rhythmic landscapes, dynamic and shifty melodies, and is one of our proud accomplishments. It was recorded in Chamonix, France during April of 2016 and builds on several of our compositional directions started on Somnambulist (2015), Synesthesia (2013), and the band’s first self-titled release (2010). Originally formed as a project to blend electronics and jazz, The Kandinsky Effect has matured over its 10-year lifespan to develop a truly unique sound that is hard to replicate and compare. Get the album here.
A fantastic musical project with Warren Walker, Federico Casagrande, Sam Minaie. We recorded at the same remote alpine studio in Chamonix, France that we used for The Kandinsky Effect, but this time during a frigid week in December 2016. The album also was backed by Ropeadope Records and released in spring of 2018. It’s easily one of the most creative and deep albums I have worked on. Get it here.
Fun New York rock band. Kinda mathy, kinda garage, kinda dope. Joined by Ty Williams and Bradford Hill, and occasionally the world famous Kevin Lum. The debut release, Watt Doom came out on Orenda Records in October 2018. More about the band and our album here.
Daily Thumbprint Collection, Vol 3
I’ve been working on my large-ensemble solo release for 10 years. This is a follow up to my two self-released albums that came out in 2008 and 2016. The music and album are finished and I am now in media production stages (artwork, video, etc). It’s pretty epic.
Dr. Mint just finished performing at the Boise State Jazz Festival, spring 2019. Our most recent releases are killer and you can find them here.

SNP Records, a small and collaborative independent platform focused on providing an organic outlet for creative music projects. Though not always actively working to release new content, the label provides a streamlined platform for both working bands and individual single releases.
Tunepatch is an experimental project I built that gives bands, small labels, solo musicians the ability to easily create digital music hotspots using print band merchandise or promotional materials. For example, we sell shirts for The Kandinsky Effect that include access to download Pax 6. It’s currently a beta release and is available to use for free. www.tunepatch.com
